You’ll find that I like to approach my listings like a project manager: committed to clear and effective communication. Together we’ll set and execute a timeline for the following:

Preparation: My list has about 125 steps, and I know all the vendors we’ll need.

Pricing: My data-based system will let you set a price with confidence.

Staging: Studies show this decreases market time and increases sales price.

Listing Photos: I only use the highest quality photographer and love sunset/sunrise shots.

Marketing: Broker Tour, a unique web page, social media ads and a virtual tour are the key to a great offer.

Mutual Acceptance: After opening escrow, I stay on top of the buyer’s agent to ensure things run as smoothly as possible and will keep you up to date so effectively you won’t ever have to ask what’s going on.

Closing: After the buyer’s due diligence, I’ll ensure a smooth hand off of keys so both parties are happy on the evening of closing.
