  1. What is access like?
    • 24/7/365 via fob for pedestrian door and garage opener for sliding metal gate
  2. What can be parked in the unit?
    • 11.3 Parking in the CCRs states “Parking spaces are restricted to use for parking of operative automobiles. Other items and equipment (such as boats, trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles) may be kept in parking spaces only subject to the rules and regulations of the Association.”
  3. What are the dues and what do they cover?
    • Approximately $24/month
    • Insurance, security, road maintenance, snow removal
  4. Do privileges for the development’s gym, guest suite, car washing area and amenity room come with ownership?
    • NO - those areas are designated as Residential Limited Common Elements and privileges to access those areas are only granted to owners of residential units
  5. Can the space be leased?
    • YES - it was continuously rented for $200/month during current ownership from 2018 until 2021 when it was converted to personal use.

  6. Does a storage unit convey with the unit?
    • No
