June: Rising Inventory, Decreasing BUYER ACTIVITY
The 69 new listings was +15% YOY over last year's 60, and was the highest since the 84 seen in 2010. However, the 37 pending listings was -23% YOY and is 14% lower than the 5 year average of 43. King County is seeing a significant increase in active listings so buyers working in/near Seattle have more options that do not involve a ferry, and buyer pressure is clearly slowing.
