Bainbridge Island Real Estate Market Report: September 2020

the numbers are mind numbing
I'm meeting with people who are considering selling and the natural question for them to ask is about the timing of the year, since falling leaves typcially signal a drop in the number of for sale signs seen around the island. But like everything else in 2020, things are not normal. I'm telling my seller clients that it's a great time to list, and my buyer clients that they should anticipate a high level of competition. I'll let the stats speak for themselves in my Bainbridge Island Market Report - keep scrolling to see what I mean.

P.S. Sharing the love from a past client:
Most importantly, he was quite skilled at giving us advice we could rely on, but left the decisions to us. On a personal basis, he was a perfect mix of professionalism, friendship, advisor and patient ear. We actually could not come up with anything we wish Jason would have done differently; we highly recommend him to represent others to sell their Bainbridge Island home.
