  • HOME INSURANCE: Do you remember the wildfires that burned hundreds of homes near Boulder, CO, last winter? If you are under-insured, you could be at risk of significant loss from a catastrophic event such as flood or fire.
  • WEALTH STRATEGY: Are there investment opportunities you could pursue if you tap into some working capital? While interest rates fluctuate, there still may be ways to use a refinance to leverage your position into another investment vehicle.
